EVENT CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds are available. Tickets are non-refundable and we reserve the right to reschedule, as needed. Since classes sell out in advance, we have a strict cancellation policy. Tickets can be transferred to another class/hike, ONLY if request is made 48 hrs prior to the start of the class/hike and all change requests must be made via email (not text or VM). All special events require 7 days notice of change/cancellation. Transfers/moves to another class/hike will be allowed only once.
PRIVATE EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Our events are rain or shine and inside the barn during inclement weather. Cancellations made 2-month prior to the event will get your payment refunded. Cancellations made within the 2-month prior to your event your payment is non-refundable. Day of the event, we can not refund you for less people than expected once the head count is provided.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
We run in the snow, rain, warm weather, and cold weather. Refunds will not be issued in the event of inclement weather. We are inside the barn for most events if it rains. For hikes, we may reschedule you to another hike or issue credit toward another hike, if weather is heavy rain. We still hike in cold, snow, and light rain.
PERSONAL & MEDICAL EMERGENCY POLICY
If you have a personal or medical emergency, including tested positive for a communicable virus/infection, our event cancellation policy noted above still applies. We are a small business with limited availability in our events…any last minute cancellation requests of a single registration group is likely to be a lost of income. Accordingly, while our change policy is generous and accommodating, we require 48 hours notice so we can fill any vacancies. No exceptions will be made to our policies.
