In August 2025, we were excited to welcome six beautiful huacaya alpaca hembras to Great Rock Farm in Georgetown, MA. In September, we added two handsome machos, bringing our total to eight incredible alpacas on the farm. These gentle, curious creatures add a special kind of magic to our trails and events, making every visit a memorable experience.
You’ll have the chance to see them during our other farm events or as part of one of our new alpaca experiences. With their fluffy coats and sweet personalities, they’re sure to steal your heart!
Meet Our Fabulous Alpaca Crew
- Pearl (yellow collar) – The calm, wise leader of the herd. Pearl has a graceful air and always seems to know what’s going on—our resident “alpaca whisperer.”
- Ivory (green collar) – Gentle, curious, and endlessly observant. She loves to take in the world around her and notice everything.
- Bea Loved (black collar) – As sweet as her name and soft as a cloud! She’s never far from her friends and has a flair for dramatic entrances.
- Tutu (pink collar) – Playful, spunky, and born to shine. The life of the party and proud sister of Mocha, daughter of Bristol.
- Mocha (light purple collar) – Thoughtful and soulful, with a heart as warm as her name suggests. Tutu’s sister and Bristol’s gentle daughter.
- Bristol (orange collar) – The independent spirit of the bunch! She’s adventurous, full of energy, and mom to Tutu and Mocha—clearly where they get their sparkle.
- Triton (dark blue collar) – A handsome light tan-colored macho with movie-star looks and a confident strut. The ladies definitely notice when he walks by.
- Champagne (light blue collar) – Our stunning cream-colored alpaca with a golden glow and an irresistibly charming personality—always picture-perfect for fall photos.
